Thomas Engineering Ltd (TEC)  has our own Repair Facility, staffed by a qualified technician, who has been fully trained at MDL's manufacturing plant in York, England, to service all the MDL equipment we use and sell.

We will also service equipment from our White product line.

Routine maintenance and calibration is a must for these precision instruments.

Full Service for MDL and White product lines.

• Routine Maintenance as required by owner's manual -- cleaning, oiling, polishing,
• Calibration against manufacturer's specs. and adjustment if necessary
• Installation and update of firmware, and customization to users requirements.
• Replacement of standard wearing parts with original equipment,
• Re-build of damaged equipment (where feasible).

At the present time, we are not equipped to service MREL equipment, but will gladly assist you in assessing your problems and assist you in obtaining appropriate service directly from MREL.
